Within the hour we work together to create a bespoke plan of action that you take away and deliver.
This package offers a brief check in a week after the consultation.

We offer in-person workshops tailored to your group or business.
This could be a wellbeing element to a training day or a NCT group session- whatever the group, we can be there.
These can take place remotely or at a location of your choice- we can make it work for you!

Home visits available for the quoted price within a 40 minute driving radius of Alton, Hampshire or Cardiff and are subject to availability and current Covid restrictions.
